Refund and Cancellation Policy

Elite Forces Return & Exchange Policy (Except "SPECIAL" Labeled Items)

We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction! This policy outlines the conditions for returning or exchanging most products purchased at Elite Forces (except for "SPECIAL" labeled items, which have a separate policy).

(1) Standard Return & Exchange Window:
  • You may return or exchange most eligible items within 7 days of your delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.

(2) Ineligible Items:

  • "SPECIAL" Labeled Products: Please refer to the separate Return & Exchange Policy for "SPECIAL" labeled items (see below).
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

(3) Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please initiate your return or exchange by contacting our customer service team Phone and Whatsapp @ +91 9997424321.
  2. Return Authorization: A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours of time after you raising complaint along with some additional instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: (For remote locations) Carefully pack your unused, unworn item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt. Clearly mark the package with the RA number and ship it back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind. (For cities and town) We have a seamless connectivity of return pickup courrier partner, where user is required to only handover the original product with tags and other accessories.
  4. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request within 3 business days. You will receive notification by email regarding your return or exchange status.

(4) Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow [Number] business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

(5) Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please indicate this during your initial contact with customer service.
  • We will ship your exchange item free of charge once your original return is processed.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
  • This policy applies to online and in-store purchases (if applicable).
  • Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

"SPECIAL" Labeled Products:

  • Due to the restricted nature of "SPECIAL" labeled items, returns and exchanges may have additional requirements. We only refund the amount, in case if there is no personalisation on the product, also by taking following counter measures written in point (4) above.
