Welcome to Elite Forces! The "SPECIAL" label designates products restricted for purchase and customization by authorized defense personnel and veterans only. Please carefully review these terms and conditions before ordering any "SPECIAL" labeled items.

1.Agreement

By accessing and placing an order with Elite Forces, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of service contained within these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

"SPECIAL" labeled products are for the exclusive purchase of:

Active Duty Defense Personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard)
Veterans of the aforementioned departments
The General Public is not permitted to purchase or customize products under the "SPECIAL" label.

3. Verification

To ensure the legitimacy of your order and for your own safety, Elite Forces requires verification of your eligibility for "SPECIAL" labeled products.

Department Identity: You may provide a copy of your valid military ID card (with any sensitive information redacted)

Authorization Letter: Veterans can submit a written authorization letter from their department verifying veteran status.

4. Order Processing

Orders for "SPECIAL" labeled items will be held pending verification of your eligibility.
Once verification is complete and approved, your order will be processed according to our standard shipping and handling procedures.

5. Personalization and Customization

Logos, labels, names, signatures which comes under special product label are only processed under "personalization and customization category" on the basics of documents required by store.
